Jill loves getting to know the families and seeing the great change in a patient's smile. She has 12 years of experience working in the Orthodontic field and joined the practice in 2000. Jill works with a great team of people in a fun and professional atmosphere. She has lived in Oregon all her life and is married with one grown son. In her free time she enjoys camping, water activities, gardening, quilting and traveling.

Deb

Deb loves to laugh and have fun with patients. She can be found at the front desk answering your calls or assisting you with scheduling, she has over 20 years of experience working in the dental field.

Deb is originally from Springfield,Oregon and has lived in Albany for the past 8 years with her partner Jihesheia and two dogs Aspen and Clyde.

Outside of working she enjoys spending time with her two sons and daughter in laws, she enjoys being outdoors, cooking, crafts and traveling. Deb works with an amazing group of people and feels very proud to tell people where she works.

Heidi loves creating confidence in people through a beautiful smile. She joined the practice in August 2009 and helps patients understand their treatment and walks them through the steps to get started. She helps everyone realize they can have the smile they always wanted. She enjoys that the team is always positive and energetic. Heidi is originally from Coos Bay, Oregon and has lived in Albany, Oregon since 2009. She is married to her husband, Nate and has a step son, Liam. In her free time she enjoys running, zumba, baking, camping, spending time with her family and adorable baby niece. She also donates cupcakes from her business to charities and events in the community.

Seeing the lives of her patients change as their smiles develop is Julie's favorite thing about working in the orthodontic field. For the past 15 years, Julie has loved being able to put smiles on patients' faces. She enjoys the fast-paced environment, and independence of working one on one with her patients. She also feels very lucky to be part of such a wonderful, caring team. Julie is originally from Corvallis, and lives here with her two children, Taylor and Nathan and their dog, Chloe. In her free time, Julie enjoys cooking, camping, and watching her kids play sports.

Elena enjoys seeing the change in our patients and their new smiles. She also loves the hands-on experience of the orthodontic field and wants to give patients the best in comfort and quality. Elena joined the practice in September 2011. She looks forward to coming to work and enjoying her day. The team she works with are so caring and accommodating. If one of us has a problem, they’re all there for support and help! Elena is originally from Ogden, UT and has lived in Albany, Oregon since 1999. She has a German Shepherd Malamute, Rufus and enjoys reading, traveling, also being on a Bunco team! Elena was a part of Linn County Search and Rescue team from 2005-2009.

Shari's favorite thing about working in orthodontics is the fun and hands on atmosphere. She feels like she is making a difference in people’s lives by how they feel about themselves. Shari has worked in oral surgery for 21 years prior to changing to orthodontics in May of 2012. She loves getting to know people and having fun with patients. She enjoys all the friendships that she has developed with the team in such a short time. She is excited to work with Dr. Paventy with his great compassion for orthodontics. Shari is originally from Sweet Home, Oregon and has lived in Albany, Oregon since 1987. Shari is married to her husband, Mike and has two children, Marisa and Riley. She also has two pets, Calvin and Hobbs. When she's away from the practice, she enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, walking her dogs, traveling and biking.

Sara is excited to be a part of the Paventy and Brown orthodontics team. She loves how outgoing, energetic, fun and positive the team is. Sara has compassion for all our patients and enjoys helping them achieve a beautiful smile. She has worked as a dental assistant in Pediatrics for 10 years prior to changing to Orthodontics. Sara has three children, one boy and two girls. When not at work, Sara's favorite times are those spent with her family. She also enjoys running, reading, the outdoors, gardening and baking.

Jackie

Jackie is the newest member of our orthodontic team. She started in our Newport office in February 2011. She is fluent in Spanish, and helps translate for our Spanish speaking patients. She is currently in training as our lab and sterilization technician. She assists in the front office as well. She has enjoyed learning all facets of our orthodontic office and has been a great addition to our staff.

Fred

Fred bring us 40 years of dental experience. His first 6 years as a dental assistant, Hygienist and dental therapist auxiliary, while serving in the U.S Army. Following his service he went to dental lab school for 2 years at Portland Community College receiving a certificate in dental technology. He became certified in crowns and bridge and later orthodontics, which resulted in his own business of 31 years. He recently down sized his company and has joined Paventy & Brown and is responsible for providing the best retainer for our patients.

Fred is married to Barbara and they live in Tangent. His hobbies are gardening, building things, hunting and has 10 grandchildren. Also raising Patterdale Terriers Rio and Grandee Belle who are always at his side while doing his lab work.

Cortnie enjoys meeting and welcoming new patients to our practice from the first visit. It’s exciting to meet new people and get to know the new families. I like seeing the excitement that our patients have when they first start treatment! I also enjoy working with the doctors and staff. We provide genuine care and a positive environment for our patients. I attended LBCC and graduated class 2010 as a Certified Dental assistant. I love spending time with my family and boyfriend Jess, fishing, hunting, snowboarding, education, reading, scrapbooking and walking my two pugs Bella and Lucinda.
